Materials required:
  1. Download daffodil template from Downloads.
  2. FLIPTEZ Starter Pack.
  3. Versa Marker Pen or pencils.
Colour Daffodil with Pink Background
Step 1: Colour Daffodil with Pink Background
  1. Trace over complete daffodil with the Versa Marker pen.
  2. Using orange from the Starter Pack colour the centre or bell of the daffod.
  3. Using the yellow from the Starter Pack colour the rest of the daffodil. The outlines will be bright ecause of the underlying Versa Marker pen.
  4. Using light green from the Starter Pack, Colour the stewms.
  5. Using a blue pencil trace over the ribbon tie.
  6. To lightly shade the background sprinkle a little of the pink from the Starter Pack and colour.
  7. Now you have a picture to sell to raise monies for the Cancer Council.
  8. Last year children sold them for 20 cents each, but people were generous. Monies were forwarded to the Cancer Council.

Step 2: Daffodil with Green Background
  1. Download template from Downloads.
  2. Trace around outside of daffodil flower with Versa Marker pen.
  3. Sprinkle equal amounts of orange and yellow onto the daffodil and colour in completely. The lines will be well high lighted.
  4. Colour the stems with the light green from the Starter Pack.
  5. Colour the ribbon using an orange pencil.
  6. Lightly sprinkle light green over the background.
  7. Shade in leaving some areas plain to create a good contrast.
  8. Yes another Cancer Council Fund Raising idea if you choose to help that cause.
Daffodil with Blue Background.
Step 3: Daffodil with Blue Background.
  1. Download daffodil template.
  2. Colour trumpet or bell with yelllow from the FLIPTEZ Starter Pack.
  3. Colour the rest of the flower with orange from the FLIPTEZ Starter Pack.
  4. Colour the stems light green using that colour from the Starter Pack.
  5. Trace around all lines of the daffodil with an orange pencil.
  6. Colour the ribbon hot pink with a pencil.
  7. Lightly sprinkle pale blue onto the background and colour lightly.
  8. This too is a splendid way of raising monies for the Cancer Council.
  9. Two little girls made $110 by selling their work for 20 cents a copy last year. People were very generous and gave more than 20cents. Even so, it was a great deal of colouring but it hardly made a dint in their Starter Pack.
