Step 3: Preparation of A3 paper
  1. Sprinkle a little FLIPTEZ from the,' Under The Sea' Theme Pack and the nominated colours from the,' Starter Pack' onto a scrap piece of paper. Use this sprinkled colour to dip your applicator into when required.
  2. Starting from any corner begin to cover your page with colour and images.NOTE: Use your ZIP brush at all times to keep your work clean. Brush excess powder into a blending pot or spare piece of paper.
  3. Using the Versa Mark stamp pad, stamp your stamps onto the page and colour in using one or more of the tones selected.Use the dauber to highlight the image and your finger to colour the background.
  4. Use the ruler and a colour of your choice to draw lines with the applicator. Make them just the width of the applicator. We used a number of different colours and drew the lines 8cm long and close together. Draw liines both vertically and horizontally.
  5. Again, using the ruler, the applicator and matching colour, draw a grid using only one colour.
  6. Take the Versa Marker pen to put dots in alternate squares you have made in the grid. Colour using the same colour as you drew the grid.
  7. Use the Versa Marker pen to draw scribble patterns onto a rectangle. Choose your own size rectangle. Colour with one of the nominated colours.
  8. Keep repeating this process until you have covered the page.
  9. See next image to show completly covered page.

  3. Trim edge if necessary to give gift bag a sharp outline.
  4. Use remaining colours on the scrap piece of paper to colour the 2nd template to make the back of the bag.
  5. Thread beads onto a 30 cm string, making sure your starting knot is very tight. Thread only 20 cm with beads. Put carefully aside.

Step 5: Ready To Assemble
  1. At this stage our artist chose to spay the front and back of the bag with spray adhesive and add shimmer. This really makes the bag glitter. Make sure it is dry before continuing to assemble.
Assebling the Bag
Step 6: Assebling the Bag
  1. Glue front and back of bag together leaving the top open.
  2. Cut two pieces of ribbon 8cm long to make the loops to thread the handle through..
  3. Staple a loop at each end of the top of the bag.
  4. Thread through the beads and tie tightly to form handle.
  5. Pop a piece of tissue into the top of the bag and add a fresh or artifical flower.
  6. As with the medium bag, this too, could be used as a gift card. Omit the handles and glue ONLY the top pieces of the bag together. The card will open upwards.
  7. Congratulations. Your task is complete and you have something unique to share.
